Offering personal, professional, and private one on one Broker services where I work with a limited number of sellers to obtain the BEST possible results.
Service includes:
- Marketing your boat on the World Wide Web with listings on major boating sites. (includes taking quality pictures and a professional write up).
- Your boat will be seen from our high-profile Location @ 1095 Cedar Point Blvd, Cedar Point NC (.05 miles West of the Emerald Isle Bridge on HWY 24) by thousands of people every day traveling HWY 24.
- Take pre-qualified buyers (with deposit and signed Purchase Agreement) for a comprehensive sea trial/orientation.
- Conduct all business transactions on your behalf.
- Inspect your vessel, including a safety inspection to ensure your boat is in safe operating & marketable condition. (If service is needed you decide who performs the work).
Two Consignment Options
- 1. Traditional Consignment 10% commission, minimum $1,000. No hidden cost or fees. (Certain boats may qualify for a lower percentage)
- 2. Net to You: An agreed upon amount to be paid to you. No hidden cost or fees. This means you know what you will receive up front, at the time of consignment the buyer pays the commission.
The market value of any boat is determined by its year, make, model, condition, engine hours, market conditions, and cosmetic appearance.
